I’m very honored, thrilled and glad to receive this invitation to keep the keynote session for opening the next Open Source Lisbon 2020 on November 11th, the registration is free and it will be held online.
This is the most important event in Portugal about Open Source and it is a very good opportunity for me to share some good recipes about Open Source adoption.
During my session I’ll try to summarize how to use some of the InnerSource practices (and The Apache Way) for your next Digital Transformation project.
The adoption of Open Source technologies sometimes is not enough, in order to get a wide benefit from the ecosystem, you can decide to embrace not only technologies but also the related methodologies used by communities.
A deep cultural change across enterprises should be injected in a healthy way and typically this needs the introduction of new tools, new roles and it will be surely bring new opportunities.
