We have spent an highly pleasant time together at the Alfresco DevCon 2018 and here are some thoughts about my experience and my contributions at this huge event.
Working on new technologies can be hard for any developer and when I saw an opportunity to improve the Keycloak project, I started to spend my spare time on creating a generic Keycloak SDK based on Docker.
I have just published on my GitHub account the first version of the Keycloak Docker Quickstart published under Apache License 2.0.
I'm very proud to announce a new collaboration with 3D PDF Consortium, I'm a member of two committees focused on developing the new international ECM Standards. The goal of these groups is to work together on the new ISO standards defining best practices for the entire Enterprise Content Management area.
Another year has passed and even this year for the fifth time I was involved as a mentor during the last Google Summer of Code 2018 on behalf of the Apache Software Foundation.
The last week I joined the Alfresco Meetup here in our sunny Rome and I had the opportunity to show some of the latest improvements that we are going to add inside Apache ManifoldCF.
This was another great chance for me to invest time for the benefit of two entire communities: Apache and Alfresco :)
As mentioned in my previous post, I joined together with other Apache guys the last OpenExpo Europe 2018 in Madrid as Community Sponsor. Yesterday was the second and last day of this conference, here some thoughts about how these two days have gone.
